This DID falls in to the category of “I had no idea who you were until I listened to the interview” and I only listened to this today, even though it was broadcast back in October 2015. For me this is one of the greatest pleasures of DID, hearing someone talk about their life, having not known anything about them, and being riveted by their stories.

Professor Black’s interview was excellent. Being a Forensic Anthropologist it is also a little bit grisly. And it was very touching particularly when she recalls her time in Kosovo where she was part of a team investigating mass killings and having to identify bodies. I was on the verge of tears when she described how she was able to bring a family some comfort by helping to identify a child through the discovery of buried clothing.

Definitely worth downloading and listening to.
